A real crook is charging me for Renault key cards that are supposed to be identical to the originals (nearly €367 for a set of two), and I no longer have the hands-free access feature (when I keep the card in my pocket). When I picked up the cards, I noticed the lack of hands-free access and I pointed it out to him. Perrel explained to me that to get hands-free access, I would have had to buy a single key card for €270 including VAT, and therefore €540 including VAT for two keys (not including the cost of reprogramming!), not a set of two. Renault France was unable to intervene to resolve the dispute, even though their website clearly states: "Second key card at 50% off." They should have offered me the individual key card with hands-free access for €270 and the second key card for €135, totaling €405, instead of telling me after the fact that I had made a significant saving with the set of two for €367 (without hands-free access) rather than 2 x €270 = €540 (with hands-free access). Their "goodwill gesture" was to offer to make me a third key card without charging me for reprogramming (so another €270...). 🤣🤣🤣 What a clown. A real one. And it's not funny either. Just look at the reviews for this crook's garage. Renault France's after-sales service is unfortunately also very poor. So we have a franchised garage and its parent company passing the buck, with me caught in the middle. Anaïs Simon, in charge of customer relations for Renault France, replied to me: "The garages act on their own behalf, and in the dispute between you and this dealership, the malfunctions you are reporting are related to service quality and are not linked to a product quality issue. You see why, in the dispute between you and this garage, I cannot intervene directly." However, I confirm that I have alerted Mr. Frédéric Perrel, a mechanic at the Renault Perrel garage, and I am forwarding the case to him. It is up to him to respond to your comments and decide how to proceed with your request.

Impeccable service, fast response. I'm not a Renault customer, but I was satisfied with the service provided for my son's Clio, and I bought a Renault to take advantage of this garage's services.

Very good garage with a very warm welcome. I needed my car's tail light repaired, and the garage was able to do the necessary work in two days, despite its very busy schedule. I highly recommend it.
