Really bad… I have been going there since 2019 when I bought the car. At the beginning was good/reasonable. Now is really bad. I passed by to get an appointment at the atelier and they told me to use the app. I did it through the app and it was not possible to describe the problem. I called and they told me to mention it when i take the car to the appointment. That day they told me that it was not mentioned before so they could not estimate the time and the price. I left the car there for a quotation and they told me that they would call me during the day. The day after they did not call me yet. I call and they dont pick up the phone. When they finally pick up the phone they tell me that they have no information yet (no more details). It is clearly the last time that i go there .

I visited because my 320 was displaying messages about the ABS system and recommending slow driving. We were on holiday so I needed advice on how to proceed. They were totally unhelpful, refusing even to look at the messages and saying that a diagnostic could not be done for over a week. The receptionist seemed only to be present to protect them from clients. A total disgrace which is likely to put me off buying another BMW.

1. The staff at BMW Aix-en-Provence were unfriendly and unaccommodating. I had scheduled an afternoon appointment to diagnose my car, but since I live and work far from Aix and had work commitments that day, I went to the dealership early in the morning just to hand over my key. However, the staff rudely refused my request, ignored my explanation about my situation, and showed no empathy whatsoever. As a result, I had to return to the office and go back to BMW Aix in the afternoon and then go home by bus. In fact, the actual handover (signing a paper and leaving the key) took only 5 minutes. This completely ruined my day. 2. I initially had an issue with my car and took it to BMW Aix for diagnostics. Following their report, several parts were replaced, but the problem persisted. When I returned, BMW Aix requested another diagnostic test—charging me €280—yet refused to provide the diagnostic report. Instead, they suggested replacing additional parts with a quotation, with no guarantee that it would fix the issue. BMW Aix took no responsibility for their work. 3. After the diagnostic, BMW Aix asked me to send them an email when I return home, and they will inform me when the purchased items are available to finalize an appointment. However, there was no reply to my email 20 days after the diagnostic, I had to call them again. The appointment was agreed on phone, and they promised to send an confirmation SMS message, however, I did not receive any confirmation message on the appointment. And this is not the first time. 4.. After this unacceptable experience, my perception of BMW has been permanently damaged. As a loyal customer who purchased my car from BMW Aix seven years ago and actively recommended the brand to colleagues, I am now deeply disappointed. I will ensure others are aware of this poor treatment by sharing my experience widely—both within my network and on public platforms.

The reception (Marilyne Derosa) and maintenance service at this BMW dealership are absolutely disastrous, unreliable, arrogant and lacking any respect to customer’s time. They never return calls, never answer mails, and the wait times for appointments and repairs are completely unreasonable. It’s hard to understand how they manage to run their business this way. To make matters worse, I got my car back with the sound system no longer working, and they refused to take any responsibility, claiming it wasn’t their fault. I got the car repaired in italy, cost 1800 euros. While BMW makes great cars, the service experience in France is consistently terrible, and BMW Les Milles stands out as particularly bad.
