A huge thank you to the Mercedes Albi team who made our Christmas Eve even brighter with their impromptu early morning availability on December 24th after we had two flat tires, which they replaced as soon as the dealership opened! In just one hour and over a coffee, we knew we could get back to our day and our holiday preparations to join our family, a 2.5-hour drive away, as if nothing had happened :) Christmas came early!

I stopped by the dealership to make an appointment for my C-Class. They took my contact information to call me back (but couldn't give me an appointment right then and there). A week later, still no call... We asked about the price for a diagnostic check, and the receptionist told us she wasn't allowed to give it to us... We asked about accessories, but again, the receptionist knew absolutely nothing and couldn't give us any information... So maybe I'm old-fashioned, but I don't understand what these people are doing here if they can't provide us with the slightest information or even give us an appointment... I'm really disappointed to have to deal with people who are only good for joking around with their colleagues...
