Unpleasant staff. I called for a quote and was kept on hold for over 5 minutes. I called again another day for another quote and they hung up on me because I took 3 seconds too long to answer the question.

A phone experience as unpleasant as it is useless. I simply call to ask if they can fit tires purchased online, and I'm rebuffed in a curt tone: "You should have had them fitted where you bought them." And when I point out that it was online, I'm told, very seriously: "Ask your printer then." A response as contemptuous as it is unnecessarily aggressive. Zero sense of service, zero respect for the customer. This garage? A place to avoid if you like to be treated with a minimum of consideration.
