Incredible roadside assistance at night!
The smiles, kindness, and good humor were all there despite the late hour and the cold!
The manager of the establishment agreed to take us and our vehicle to our own garage, which was clearly not planned. He rescheduled his other appointments just for us.
He took us with him, which is completely unusual for insurance companies who apparently preferred to leave us outside in -5°C weather 😅
We felt very comfortable and confident with him.
He took the time to inspect the vehicle before loading it, and took much longer than expected to load it to be sure he didn't damage anything.
In short, I highly recommend him!
Thank you again a thousand times, we are delighted with this experience.

The team is professional, very friendly, always offering good advice and listening. They kept me informed throughout the repairs and always took the time to answer my questions. The repair was done quickly and perfectly. I recommend them without hesitation!

Very well taken care of, quick assessment of the problem, offer of several appointments. On the day, time was respected, my immobilization was very short but I may have been lucky. This is the third time I have come to this garage, I will definitely come back.
