Hello, I bought a vehicle at the end of last year from a private seller who had it serviced at this garage.
It was my first oil change of the year, so I took it to my usual garage. I called them. The garage informed me that the threads on the oil pan drain plug were completely stripped and impossible to remove. They also said it was packed with sealant, visible in the photo, to prevent oil leaks.
I contacted the Renault garage directly, and they politely brushed me off.
I contacted my legal assistance. Be aware that this is considered a hidden defect; the vehicle was unusable, and the previous owner was certainly unaware of it.
The result was a €350 bill to remove part of the subframe, extract the plug, re-thread it (photos included), etc. In short, I do not recommend this garage.

I've already bought two vehicles from this garage. I just ordered our third, and we always have them service it. It's an honest garage, the likes of which I haven't seen in a while. I highly recommend them. You can go there with complete confidence. Excellent service and advice; thank you to the team.
