A very bad experience at this garage. The staff is particularly unpleasant and unresponsive, making you feel like you're bothering them. The prices are completely outrageous for the service provided, and the wait times are incredibly slow. I came in for a turbocharger quote on a Fiat Ducato, and I was shocked to discover they only give quotes based on who you are.
Frankly disappointing, I strongly advise against this garage: lack of professionalism, lack of respect for the customer, and absolutely no consideration for them. Avoid at all costs.

The service was impeccable, from the quote to the handover of the vehicle keys. The deadlines were met and the work was meticulous. I definitely recommend this garage. Thank you for your professionalism.

Very, very disappointed!
The diagnosis wasn't correct and the price wasn't competitive.
From now on, I'll go to Feuvert, who's more competent and knowledgeable...

As a service provider for Garage Gros, he was available at a moment's notice to diagnose my vehicle. He's a good teacher and serious, and has nothing to complain about. I highly recommend him!

My gearbox had a problem; I was forcing it to shift gears.
At the first appointment, he changed the gearbox oil. Nothing changed.
At the second appointment, he changed the cables. I asked him if he was sure. Nothing changed.
At the third appointment, he said the entire gearbox needed replacing, but given the price, it was better to just get a new car (of course, he offered me a lease with him).
I went to another mechanic, and he fixed the problem in 5 minutes. It didn't cost me anything, and the issue disappeared.
So, in the end, almost 500 euros down the drain. He should be able to renovate his building if he's ripping everyone off like that.
Other garages have very bad reviews about him from customers who have also switched garages.
Avoid him!
