A very disappointing experience; I will never set foot in this garage again. During my first visit for an oil change, it was impossible to get a quote despite requesting it several weeks in advance. While there, I explicitly asked for only the oil change (without any additional filter changes or anything else), but I was surprised to discover a charge for refilling the windshield washer fluid once I got home.
More recently, I came in because of excessive oil consumption in my car. The diagnosis: an engine replacement was necessary. After waiting several days for the promised quote, I finally received a call informing me that issuing the document would cost €87, under the pretext that "it takes too long." Charging such a sum for data entry, without any labor or expertise, is unacceptable. A complete lack of transparency and professionalism.

New ad blue problem for a 3008. Appointment at 8am, it was agreed that it would go quickly, in the end 1h20 of waiting. I am informed that another obscure problem could cost €4500 (injectors), the vehicle with 84000 km is maintained properly but Peugeot could only take 60% of the bill. 9:10am the pot-bellied "salesman" arrives, like last time he does not greet any customers, wanders in an office with his colleague to extol the merits of the Toyota brand including the RAV4, without discretion, it is very salesman for Peugeot. Finally, I am informed of a bill of €49 for having set the ad blue counter to 0, I do not want to pay, and the workshop manager tells me that his colleague spent 30 minutes on the vehicle, which is factually false, since he spent 15 minutes at most, having seen his movements in the parking lot. So, avoid this establishment, avoid this brand, I'm definitely moving on to something else.

I requested a quote for repair work on my car. The service was generally acceptable, however I think it is important to indicate to the customer when requesting a quote what the amount will be before setting a slot. For my part, I was not provided with this situation until the end of the service, which I found not good on the part of this garage.

My 1.5 BlueHDI engine broke down at 100,000 km due to a timing chain failure (a common problem). My car was immobilized for weeks, and no loaner was available. I also had two successive AdBlue problems. After the first repair, I drove on, and the same problem recurred shortly after. I asked for a goodwill gesture to fix, or at least diagnose, this same problem after spending €6,000 with them in just a few months! And then they tell me they might offer me a €20 discount on my next bill. Outrageous! Every time I've left their garage, it's cost me a fortune, including maintenance, and I've had all sorts of problems every time!

Avoid this garage! I've been asking for a quote for 3 weeks... impossible to reach the person in charge, yet I was forced to pay for the diagnosis immediately despite having an unacceptable customer file.
