A very disappointing experience at this garage, unfortunately owned by a major brand. Too bad! Sloppy repairs... Very high prices... In addition, The staff was not very welcoming, with a workshop manager in a nice white shirt who, apart from giving you the bill, unfortunately has little desire to communicate. Avoid this garage.

Clutch problem, gears shift poorly. The clutch was replaced, which was done and paid for. But when I set off again, I can't use 3rd gear, 4th gear is cracking, and in 5th, to downshift, the lever won't return to neutral. I have to stay in 2nd gear. I go back to see them immediately. But since the problem was there before I arrived, they didn't warn us and didn't fix it (at least not offer to fix it)..... Great... That's putting others in danger! And what's more, since we weren't warned, there's no way to leave the car again because there's no courtesy car. The person who handles the garage side also told me they'd seen the problem!

I had a very disappointing experience with this garage. I was told the cost would be €800 for the repairs to my car, but upon receiving it, I was asked for €1300 without being notified in advance or having me sign a repair order. Furthermore, they informed my mother, who went to pick up the car, that I agreed with this new invoice, which was false. My mother paid by trusting the garage, and now I can no longer dispute this amount. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I strongly advise against this garage to future customers.

The reception staff were unprofessional, inattentive to customers, and very cold. The depot manager was the same, barely willing to provide information to potential customers until we left the vehicle with him (no money involved until the vehicle was handed over, so I suppose he wasn't interested). As a result, we left the vehicle due to an AdBlue problem (it was undrivable, so we had no choice but to leave it). Stellantis partially covers the AdBlue, but apparently not this time. In fact, the garage had already carried out the repairs without informing us, without submitting a claim to Stellantis, and without providing an estimate. They simply called to tell us the car was ready and the price to pay. Avoid this garage; we were very disappointed with the staff in general. A shame for a Citroën dealership.

Average service I contacted the Citroën Ancenis service center because of an airbag warning light, thinking I was one of the unlucky ones affected by the problem. In short, on the phone the day of my appointment, they told me it was actually a battery issue and that it wasn't urgent or alarming, but that it would need to be replaced. I agreed. That evening, imagine my surprise when I received a bill for the battery replacement. So, the garage just replaces a part without providing an estimate or even mentioning the price beforehand? Unbelievable! The team did, however, take the time to reinstall the old battery.
