She understood my needs perfectly, guided me towards the right vehicle, reassured me in my choice, and negotiated the best possible price for our trade-in. je tenais à féliciter et remercier Margaux qui, malgré son jeune âge apparent, à fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme, afin de répondre à nos demandes.
elle a su nous écouter, patiemment, et nous orienter vers un véhicule qui valide toutes les critères que nous souhaitions.
de plus, lors de la remise des clés, elle a pris le temps de tout expliquer dans le détail et à fait le nécessaire pour que le véhicule soit "nickel", ce qui est toujours très appréciable.
