The new electric Micra is an interesting little city car with a 400km range. I really like it, but unfortunately, I'm not mentally ready to buy an electric vehicle right now ❣️

The reception was impeccable (a welcome change). However, why did you tell me on the phone that the service would take all day (from 10 am to 5 pm) when it only lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes? A wasted day off work! Furthermore, why ask me to pay the bill AGAIN when I have an Excellence service contract (which you apparently can't find)? Finally, thank you to the salespeople and mechanics for closing the entrance gate while I was still at reception to collect my vehicle.

The young man's reception was as unfriendly as ever!
He didn't listen after several visits indicating a problem with the car. The vehicle was poorly repaired, damaged, and undrivable. A legal procedure is underway, and I'm not the only one; a group has been created to discuss this. It's a shame for the Nissan and MG brands to be represented like this.
