This garage refused to service a Renault under manufacturer's warranty, sent by Renault Assistance, claiming they hadn't been notified (?!) and that the owner, me, isn't a customer.
This business is too busy; don't go there, it'll just be a hassle for them.

Excellent service. The garage helped us out while we were in transit. The value for money is good and the welcome was excellent. Most other garages or Renault dealerships between Angoulême and the Spanish border turned us away, and not always politely. It seems that at Renault, roadside assistance requires 15 days' notice or more!

I am very disappointed with this garage. After having my vehicle serviced, I reported a small dent in my hood. My wife went to the garage, then I went to the garage. I was told that they should call me to deal with the problem. I called back once, but the garage didn't give me any answer. Since then, they've been playing dead and haven't given me any news.

On our way back from vacation, we went there late in the afternoon to address a ventilation problem.
Imagine a four-hour drive in 40-degree heat!
They took our car in immediately for diagnosis and possible repairs. There were up to three people working on it.
Truly top-notch service!

Everything is positive, as usual. The team is very welcoming, available, highly professional, and very honest. I got an appointment for my service very quickly. One point worth noting: every time I've been to the garage, I've seen Mr. Fidalgo, the owner. This shows that he's a boss who's always working, both at his workplace and with his team. That's not always the case. Personally, I really appreciate that because I think it speaks volumes.
