I got good support and explanations from Francois. He showed me how all worked and also connected me to the internet radio. It was great that he spoke English,I was able to understand better and was able to ask him questions in English which made the purchase easier. I got a test drive,I received a tempory car when I was waiting for my car to be delivered which was delayed because of the strike.

As a retired Renault employee I could purchase a new car but my Scenic is so good that there is no point in changing.

Overall service from Groupe Michel is excellent, Sales and Service teams are professional and helpful, certainly one of the best car dealerships with highest standards of service.

We went just to have a look at electric cars and get an idea of how much they were and the specs for different models.
The staff were extremely helpful in allowing me to sit in various models to gauge the ease of getting in and out the said models which were all different sizes.
In the end we narrowed it down to 2 the Megane or the Kangoo. Surprisingly the Megane was the cheaper of the 2 but my husband and both felt that given the size of our dog, the Kangoo will be the better model for us when the time comes for us to change car.
This dealership is not the nearest to us but we were impressed by the number of cars on display, the attached work shop facilities and most importantly the staff. So when the time comes we will buy our new car there.
