After purchasing a used vehicle, unfortunately, a fault developed that I couldn't detect during the service before I received it. Very quick response from the garage, very recent loaner vehicle, and quick pick-up of mine (less than 3 days) Bravo for your responsiveness and professionalism

I didn't understand the reaction of the workshop manager during my last visit. After an accident, I went to this garage to have the work done. I came back several times because the hood wasn't straight. Then I came back for a collision. He repainted the door with the dents still visible (even though my insurance paid for a repaint. I'm still waiting to hear from them. To redo the door) and told me that I'm never happy that he wouldn't take the vehicle into account at the next repair, so basically, even if it's done badly, you have to shut up...

If it were possible to give no stars at all, that's what I would have done. Big joke, this garage, I strongly advise against it!! They don't warn you that your car will be there for two days instead of one. How convenient when you're working! If I hadn't called, I would never have known and would never have gotten a loaner car. They replace parts that don't need to be replaced because "that's usually the case," so they don't bother looking any further. Then they try to get me to replace other parts, even though that's not the problem either, since it's been proven to me. When I say that I have even more water in my car than before, that the humidity in my car has gotten worse, they tell me "yes, but it's rained a lot."... well, normally, the repair should have fixed this problem. So rain or not, there should be no more water. When I asked about the humidity and frost on my interior windshield, and what to do to fix it... well, according to the mechanic, this problem also occurs on new cars, so for him, everything is normal! Oddly enough, that's not what other mechanics told me. I wonder if my problem was really taken seriously. Twice was enough for me. Never again.

1 star, and if I could, I wouldn't! The garage is to be avoided... We contacted the salesperson about a vehicle we were interested in. We inquired about the vehicle and decided to go see it. On site, we learned that the vehicle had been previously stolen... A vehicle that, according to the salesperson, belonged to a Parisian company but was rented in the 42 department and found stolen in the 59 department. He couldn't tell us what condition the vehicle was found in. Today, it appears to be intact... No mention of this theft in the ad, nor in the information obtained over the phone. We told him that it was a very important detail in a sale, but the salesperson would have told us about it upon delivery of the vehicle. Furthermore, the salesperson told us that he didn't yet have the vehicle's papers... I'm quite surprised by this kind of behavior from a Peugeot brand. This is still a vehicle worth over €25,000. This is completely vicious, and it's unthinkable to trust this kind of person.

Very bad experience following an accident, paint defects, incomplete repair of a point which was part of the accident, so I refused the repairs and requested another intervention from the insurance company. No one at the reception on the day of recovery, long wait, and then insults of part of the vehicle by a worker just because it is 13 years old, a few small scratches here and there but only 88,000 km for a diesel, so logical for a vehicle that sleeps outside and the negligence of people who park in store parking lots, etc.
