I had a very good experience overall. Mister Bastien Benstaali from ‘Renault Occasion’ department helped us in our project of buying a new car and also selling the old one. He was open to all our questions and his advices helped us to find the car we needed. Everything went smoothly. I recommend.

Great experience. Good deal made with an expert salesman who exhibited excellent customer service. I highly recommend Axel Orestein (speaks English and understands Spanish) to anyone looking to purchase or lease.

It was ok. At the beginning I was not directed to the correct service department and was sent to the wrong place. The staff at the service centre were very good. The speed of the service was good. It was disappointing the car was not cleaned before being returned

Mr. Christophe FONTAS is a true professional and a gentleman. He made my entire experience of buying a Renault occasion car very smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend Mr. FONTAS for prospective customers.

What a mess! Five months ago we leased a Zoe (small electric car) and signed an expensive insurance contract designed to cover all repairs and to provide a courtesy car in case of breakdown. So, on Tuesday the car was dead. It seems that although the main battery had plenty of charge the little auxiliary battery - that switches everything on - was dead. Car taken to the main Renault garage, from where we leased the vehicle. Their system seemed to have no record of the insurance contract that they had required us to sign. Four days it took to get the work done. Even then it was not complete and, just for fun, they insisted that the dud auxilliary battery was not covered by the repair insurance. After only five months!A total rip-off! The story does not end here! Oh, I forgot mention, that when I called the garage to see when I could collect it (a call I made twice a day because they had said it would be available in one day) the Receptionist did not even have the vehicle registered in the system. Don't ask about the supposed courtesy car. Did I mention the four plus hours that I had to wait while innumerable phone calls between blame-avoidance bureaucrats tried to sort out whether or not we had the right to a courtesy car. When, just before closing time, the final 'Yes' came through, it was spoilt by a demand for an €840 deposit! In short, although Renault have great cars, find somewhere else to go for sales and service.
