I had an appointment at 8 a.m. for an oil change. When I arrived, no one seemed to know I was coming, and the staff had to find my appointment. I was then told that the service I had booked wasn't what I expected, and when I asked if it could be adjusted, I was told in a very haughty tone, "You should have asked for a service check." The reception and customer service were very disappointing.

A garage that dares to install low-quality parts from distributors like Autodoc... I unfortunately fell victim to this scam by this garage after having a clutch and flywheel replaced on my 2.0 HDI, which originally had a dual-mass flywheel. This crooked garage installed a Storm brand kit (low-end, but listed as Valeo on the invoice) and then fitted a non-dual-mass flywheel... which resulted in a gearbox failure 50,000 km later.
To the owner: if you need further information about your scam, here is the invoice number: 305664. A word to the wise.

The garage is no longer a Citroën dealership!
The service is still pleasant.

Honestly, I don't know how these people can have such positive reviews?!
I've left my vehicle with them four times because of a diagnostic error on their part, which led to a series of breakdowns and my car being immobilized for weeks!!!
- Diagnostic errors (blaming the diagnostic scanner),
- They redirect you to another garage to get rid of you,
- No parts and always extended delays,
- Persistent bad faith,
- A phrase: "It broke, but it should have happened, it was inevitable, and it's good that we noticed it."
All while knowing that THEY were the ones who broke the part!!!
- They bore you, with a smile, with blah blah to cover things up and treat you like a fool,
- Over-the-top billing (and always with a big smile).
No, really, I don't see the reason for these positive reviews?!
