My car experienced a flat tire whilst on vacation. I took the car in and they fixed the flat, investigated the cause and held the car a few hours to insure the repair was all it needed. In fact, I suggested I’d by a tire if needed and they said it wasn’t necessary. They only charged me for a new flat tire kit so I’d have security if I had another flat!
The entire staff was polite, efficient and kind. Experts in their fields and without a doubt, they put customer service before all else. Thank you!

Peugeot dealership to avoid!
While on vacation in this charming Provençal town in August, I suffered a breakdown on my 508 Blue HDi.
After a repair carried out by the local breakdown service on Saturday morning in the hotel parking lot, the vehicle was taken to this Peugeot dealership on Monday afternoon. After an initial refusal, I had a difficult time communicating with the manager, who reversed his decision and finally accepted my vehicle. He gave me a one-month deadline for recovery, and the 508 was therefore parked for a month at the back of the garage. After several phone calls, I was able to speak with the workshop manager, who confided in me that he was overwhelmed and understaffed, and unable to take care of it. He curtly advised me to have it moved to another garage in the area.
His response didn't convince me. From then on, I understood that they weren't interested in my vehicle. I deplore their practices and the lack of empathy and kindness shown to passing tourists.
So I decided to have it repatriated by a professional and taken to my Peugeot dealership in Saint-Quentin, located in the Aisne department, where they diagnosed it the day after its arrival.
The diagnosis was completed within an hour, and the verdict was in: a broken camshaft chain!
The vehicle was subject to a recall and was taken care of and repaired.
In conclusion, never break down in Apt 🤨; they'll mess you around and waste your time, unable to repair your vehicle on time.

To avoid... overcharging for parts and labor, catastrophic reception, and disastrous communication with the team.
This garage tends to forget that with the internet, you can find the price of parts in just a few clicks! Even manufacturer parts! Taking people for fools doesn't make a good reputation, and given the latest reviews, many people think the same as me. Never visit this garage again; there are much better ones in Apt.
