My car broke down in this village. I spent the night there. In the morning I walked around the village, looking for atelier that could help me. In this atelier, the boss very unfriendly rejected me, says to take the car to Renault service. No sympathy, no questions about what's wrong with the car, just show me the door, go to Renault.

Very friendly service! Our car's front tire had a slow leak. They quickly diagnosed it and found that, since the previous repair had caused a puncture, a new repair wasn't possible. We were referred to Point S in Pouilly-en-Auxois for a front tire replacement and were explained how to get there. Excellent!
