This is my third purchase from this garage. Lorenzo Spatafora is fantastic, as professional as he is friendly and approachable. I always go back to him, and he's always ready to help. I recommend him 1000%. However, to get a reliable appointment, I'll now go through him because it's rare to get through to anyone on the phone, and the last appointment I booked online was never honored. It's a shame the rest of the service isn't up to par.

We called to ask about returning a rental car after waiting 20 minutes for someone to finally answer. The woman hung up on us. If you simply don't know the answer, just say so. 🤷‍♀️

This is the 4th car I've bought from SACA and it's the 4th time I've been delighted, the welcome is very warm, the staff very friendly. Mr. Spatafora, our salesman, always finds us the vehicle that suits us at the price that suits us. For maintenance and servicing, there are no problems either, the service is quick and the wait very reasonable. I highly recommend SACA Arras.

Following an accident in Brittany, the cornering lights on my Citroën C4 had been reversed (right cornering light to left and vice versa). The dealership in Chateaulin, Brittany, advised me to have the error corrected in Arras, suggesting a simple fix: swapping the pins, which would cost around €150 excluding VAT. Upon arriving at the Arras dealership, the manager spent a considerable amount of time reading the explanatory email I had printed out. Despite the simplicity of the problem, he mentioned possible additional work and wondered who would pay, without wanting to contact the dealership in Brittany directly to clarify the situation. As a result, no solution was found, and I left with my problem unresolved. The service was far below the minimum expected, as was the reception.
