Following a major breakdown on our holiday road trip, our roadside assistance provider sent Mr. Pochet.
The service was quick, efficient, and friendly! We were fortunate to encounter someone so reliable during our ordeal, who worked with us to find solutions and different options, and who spent time with us, either in person or on the phone, to help us. We highly recommend him!

Mr. Pochet saved the start of our holiday in Switzerland by coming on call to repair our car and bring it back to his place. He even helped us arrange a taxi ride back to our holiday accommodation (an hour's drive away) by calling our insurance company himself to make things easier. We had a long, very pleasant chat while waiting for the taxi; it's wonderful to meet people like him during such a difficult time. We're almost glad to have this first memory!

After a flat tire 150km from home, our insurance company put us in touch with Pochet Garage for towing.
The mechanic was very friendly and professional, readily assisting us with the necessary procedures and exploring all possible solutions to get us back on the road, even though the incident happened on a Saturday.
Furthermore, he dropped us off in a more convenient location while we waited for a taxi.
