Complete incompetence. I received the quote two weeks later… I went to reception for the appointment… they made me wait 10 minutes because the owner was busy on his computer… and surprise: they told me the computer had been down since the morning and they couldn't do anything about it. 30 km there and 30 km back for nothing. Half a day of work wasted. Obviously, we won't be back and none of our vehicles will be entrusted to this garage.

I booked an appointment at this garage for a service on my ZOE, as well as for an air conditioning problem that had been present since the engine was replaced by the Renault dealership in Orléans.
The service was carried out correctly. However, the garage informed me afterward that they were not authorized to work on the air conditioning systems of electric vehicles, even though the appointment had been confirmed. As a result, the checks required by the Renault group were not performed.
Furthermore, the key fob battery was changed without my consent, and the air conditioning problem was not addressed.
This demonstrates a lack of transparency and professionalism. I will not be returning to this garage and will instead choose more reputable garages that prioritize quality workmanship.

Excellent experience. After being towed off the highway on a Saturday morning, the garage where we were dropped off announced a diagnosis cost of €102 on Monday morning...
We decided to go to this Renault garage because the car was running. We received a warm welcome and the case was checked for free. Luckily, we were able to leave, as the breakdown was minor.
A big thank you; we were delighted to find some compassion 600 km from home.

Since Saturday, December 13th, we're still waiting for a repair estimate, even though we know the problem just by opening the hood. If the garage were to lift the car, they'd see that the accessory belt is loose and broken, so they could have given us an estimate right away. They might be busy, but an estimate doesn't take two weeks to prepare.
I had no choice but to have it towed to that garage, but I'm almost regretting leaving it with them. They close between the holidays, which is understandable, but it means the estimate won't be done until they close. It's as if the people there are working at least 35 hours a week without a break.
I hope things will move forward after this message. The message will remain for the duration of the repair.
