We are English and, on our way to the north of the UK, we encountered a problem with our Citroën Berlingo while crossing the Pyrenees between Spain and France. We went to Dos Santos in Arudy without an appointment. Toni was very efficient: he carried out a quick diagnosis, found and repaired the fault, and the lovely Martine helped us with our communications with the garage. Arriving from Brittany after 800km without incident, I ripped the heat shield off the car's exhaust pipe when I arrived at the rental... Impossible to drive. Called for the vehicle to be taken care of and towed from the Dos Santos garage on Saturday evening. Diagnosis made on Monday and after struggling to find the parts, the car was repaired on Wednesday! Holiday saved! Great and very kind!

We broke down at the bottom of the Marie Blanque pass. Thirty minutes after the call, the repairman from Garage Dos Santos arrived, which, given the distance between the garage and our car, was a quick turnaround. Listening to my instructions, he carried out an initial assessment which required taking our vehicle in for repair. It was Wednesday and we had to leave the region by Friday. The reception at the garage was pleasant and professional. The repair carried out on Thursday allowed us to stay on schedule and the bill seemed very reasonable to me. In addition, we were kept informed with precision from the start of the repair until our vehicle was recovered. What more could you ask for? Nothing, but recommending this garage seems important to me. Thanks again to the entire team.
