The owner also took the time to walk around my car to see if I could drive safely, all without an appointment.

We contacted the garage following a clutch failure on our Citroën Jumpy. The welcome was very warm and accommodating. Although it is a Renault garage, they carry out repairs on vehicles of other brands. The service was quick: during the holiday period, we received our vehicle within a week (while the delivery times announced by other garages were much longer). In short, we recommend them 200% and thank them for their help.

I had a minor collision while reversing with another vehicle in a supermarket parking lot. It was just a small crack in the plastic. But the reversing radar kept signaling a problem, and the dashboard kept asking me to have it checked.
I went to this garage, where the technician immediately realized that some electrical contacts had simply come loose. He repaired it in less than 20 minutes, and all for free!
A huge thank you to him and to this garage that truly cares about service.

Exceptional... (Ms. Lambert's vehicle)
We stopped this morning around 11:00 a.m. because our vehicle was malfunctioning.
We were surprised by the warm welcome and kindness. Our problem was immediately addressed. The parts were ordered and received that afternoon. We returned to the garage and our vehicle was repaired immediately and is now running like clockwork...

On vacation in the region, the AdBlue blockage light was on. After an intervention with an invoice (reprogramming the ECU), the AdBlue refill light at 2,400 km was still on. After calling the garage, it should have gone out, otherwise there's another problem. Vacation over and appointment at my dealership. Result: the ECU programming wasn't done correctly the first time, and what's more, the work was covered by Renault. The complaint email went unanswered. I'm not going to praise your professionalism or your manners.
Following your response, I have a document proving that the work was 100% covered by Renault. And I find it a shame that you bothered to reply here rather than responding to my email, all of which promotes customer satisfaction.
