Dishonest staff. I was having an electronic problem with my Kangoo. They were confident in their diagnosis, so I trusted them. They replaced my ECU, and it worked for two weeks before the warning light and symptoms reappeared. I went back, and they replaced a part without my consent and charged me for it. I had to insist on paying the price excluding VAT. It worked for a while, and then the warning light and symptoms returned. I went back again, and this time they told me it was a wiring harness problem that they couldn't get, and therefore my car was beyond repair.
That's how they make you spend €1300 and replace parts that weren't faulty, without actually fixing your problem. Apparently, they don't believe in achieving results.
Three visits, three periods of downtime ranging from one to two weeks, of course without a loaner car or compensation.
Not to mention the breakdowns that occurred after the ECU replacement; goodbye cruise control and speed limiter.
A complaint was filed with Renault, and they deny it despite the evidence.

A very professional and friendly team: from booking the appointment by phone to returning the vehicle.
Appointments were available quickly, and the vehicle was returned within half a day for a service.
