A disgrace for a brand like Renault. I came in for a very simple request: a diagnostic check for my car. Instead of receiving a minimum of attentiveness and professionalism, I encountered a receptionist who was incapable of handling the situation and extremely unpleasant.
She asked me to check my contracts with my manager, which in itself wasn't a problem, but the way she phrased it was already condescending. So I made the call, and my manager took the time to clearly explain the contract to her. And then, not only did she not acknowledge her lack of competence, but as soon as she hung up, she verbally attacked me in an accusatory and arrogant tone, as if I were the problem.
I have never experienced such a deplorable reception: a total lack of professionalism, blatant disrespect, and an inability to properly handle a simple situation. We literally feel looked down upon, judged, and despised, even though we came as customers.
I'm saying it clearly: avoid this dealership at all costs. This type of behavior should never exist in customer service, especially not at a major brand. If you're looking for a minimum of seriousness and respect, move on.
