I went to this garage for a problem with my hood that wouldn't open. I asked about the rates to see what to expect. The owner told me it would be €67 an hour, that I shouldn't be in a hurry, and that they weren't sure they'd be able to find the problem. After that, I asked him for a moment. I came back and told him that unfortunately I'd rather not continue working at this garage. The unpleasant owner got angry, telling me I wasn't working for nothing. I had to pay my employees, even though I hadn't told him anything, and he did it in front of other customers to make fun of me. This was absolutely unprofessional on the owner's part. I don't recommend this garage!

In response to your answer, I want to point out that I came to see you the day before. You were the one who told me to come that day, so you gave me an appointment. I absolutely didn't say that I wasn't going to pay anything; no labor is free. Just like I haven't bought any other auto parts elsewhere, if you had been able to listen to me until the end, the part I had in my car was the one on my car that was broken, so the zipper pull, and I'll repeat it to you.
I just told you that your prices didn't fit my budget.
In no way did I tell you that you should do this for free, so maybe we should think or listen before making allusions.

We had been customers of this garage for years, even before Eurorepar. Mr. Jacquemont has already significantly increased his prices, and furthermore, once a relationship is well established and he knows that the customer trusts him completely, he does not hesitate to steer them towards choices that are very beneficial to them, such as choosing unsuitable tires that consequently need to be replaced more often.

Excellent garage and mechanic. My vehicle (2009 Ford Mondeo) had a stick-slip problem, they changed the fuel filter with respect for the parts. Unfortunately, the engine no longer started. The manager took the time to wait for my vehicle to look, they looked for the solution without charging me a fortune and found it. I recommend 100%. If you are looking for a fast garage that will not charge you an exorbitant bill, you know where to go. Thank you for your professionalism and for preserving my purchasing power.
