A warning light came on on our vehicle while we were on vacation...
We crossed paths with Carole, who kindly gave us the contact details of a garage she knew.
And the mechanic took the time to get to us right away and quickly set up an appointment to get us out of trouble and avoid ruining our vacation.
What's more, Marieve helped us out by lending us a vehicle while the repair was carried out.
The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I expected more, so I left a note for their kindness and responsiveness.
Thank you to Carole for this excellent address and thank you to the garage for their professionalism.
I highly recommend it.

A very bad experience. I had been accepted for an internship, so I went to the garage. Upon arrival, I was made to wait 20 minutes in a room that reeked of cigarettes, even though the workshop manager was clearly available. Finally, I was told it was no longer possible without any serious explanation. A total lack of respect and professionalism. I do not recommend this establishment.

After my car broke down just two weeks before Christmas, I was lucky enough to stumble upon Garage Biancuzzi. They agreed to take my car and, despite a busy schedule, managed to repair it within a week. What's more, they found used parts to keep costs down.
The result: I was able to get my car back in time for Christmas, without it costing me a fortune, and with a super friendly welcome to boot.
In short, thank you to them, and I recommend this garage without hesitation!

Avoid at all costs!
My husband's insurance company dropped off his car at this garage a little earlier than planned, and I don't know if that's why they decided to block the repair, but in any case, I find it completely unprofessional.
The car was dropped off in March, and for two long months I waited for the estimate, knowing that in the meantime, my husband passed away, and consequently, the notary needed it for the probate process... To top it all off, when I decided to have the car towed to another garage, it was left with the keys in the ignition, locked from the inside! As a result, I had to drive 88 km round trip to give the spare keys to the new garage.
Shame on this Biancuzzi garage!

A little over a year ago, I chose this mechanic because he was close to my home.
I brought my vehicle in because of a noise in the front axle. He told me it needed to be put on a lift to see what the problem was. I left the vehicle with him and called back to diagnose the tie rod and shock absorbers. I told him to do the work.
A few days later, I picked up my vehicle, and when I got the bill (a nice bill of €637.85), I saw €3 for waste recycling and €5 for a brake light bulb (it worked, but had a bad contact).
That day, I told myself he wouldn't dream of me again. A mechanic who pushes sales... I don't like that.
Now, more than a year later, I have a noise in my vehicle again.
I went to see another mechanic who told me it was the brake pads that needed replacing. This is a part that needs to be replaced at the same time as the shock absorbers. The part costs €20 at Oscaro, but now I have to pay for 3 hours of labor.
At best, they should have made money by looking at my bulbs, but they should have done their job conscientiously. It would have cost me less, and they would have had one more customer, not a sucker.
