My car has been in for repairs since December 22nd at 8:45 AM. It remained in the outdoor parking lot for a week, unlocked. Following my visit, the car was moved to the locked parking area for another week. The insurance adjuster called to find out when the repairs would be completed and was told it would be December 29th. Passing by on January 4th, 2026, it appears the car is still in the indoor parking lot. Previously, after a previous repair, a part was not reinstalled, and the headlight assembly remained in the trunk.

The after-sales service in Auch does not answer calls or emails. The telephone switchboard is not working.
It's best to avoid this branch if you can.

I share the previous negative reviews. I chose this garage because it's approved by my insurer and, following an accident, they're obligated to provide a loaner vehicle while my car is being repaired. Besides the fact that the garage is mostly unreachable (the wait time for the body shop is nearly 30 minutes), their communication is very poor, if not nonexistent, and their customer service is polite but essentially useless, as they only pass on the complaint without management ever calling or apologizing... in short, after numerous follow-ups, the vehicle was repaired, but poorly. The trunk hasn't closed properly since the repair. An appointment was finally scheduled after several calls, then canceled by the garage itself because they were running late with another vehicle that day. And since then, no word, no calls unless we actively try to contact them! In the end, we were told there's still a problem with loaner vehicles and that, as a result, the vehicle can't be seen again (the trunk repair was poorly done and the taillight wasn't replaced the first time) until February 2026, when a loaner vehicle will finally be available! Who are they kidding??? Given that the appointment was canceled by the garage, I expected them to find a solution quickly! Considering the lack of response to my emails to the complaints department, which supposedly forwarded them to management, and the lack of feedback from the body shop manager despite messages we left on his cell phone, in short, the complete lack of solution and service, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt has been sent to management and Peugeot France. The insurer is also aware of these malfunctions, which shouldn't happen when you're a partner garage!
If anyone from Tressol Chabrier reads this message, please contact us only to let us know you have an appointment with a loaner vehicle this month!! So we can put an end to this.
