I thought I might want an e-bike for the summer and tried one in Auch. Later, back in England, I decided to go ahead and your salesman, Mathis, was unbelievably helpful, via WhatsApp, answering my questions, helping me with the order, arranging to have the bike ready for collection on my chosen date. When I arrived a couple of weeks later to collect the bike in Auch, it was all ready and perfect for me. Throughout, Mathis was patient, courteous, spoke perfect English, and definitely 'went that extra mile' to provide exactly what I wanted. I am very impressed by the way Mathis and Decathlon solved all the little problems of an international transaction. Thankyou, Mathis!

Large store, has a wide variety of goods, did not have everything I wanted but all the basics were covered
