One star is already too much. A very unpleasant experience. I had the misfortune of calling for information, specifically regarding the VAT on a vehicle for sale. A very rude person brushed me off without even knowing the reason for my call. Then they tell us they don't sell cars... What's certain is that I won't be spending my money at this dealership.

Terrible expert service. It's been over three months since we took the photos to send to the insurance adjuster, and nothing has been done. I've tried contacting the service in question, but no one answers 🤬 despite having notified them several times.

I confirm that it's a disaster on the workshop side.
My experience is similar to that of others already expressed.
In summary, buying a new vehicle is fine.
But the seriousness of the repair follow-up is to be avoided!!!
The worst thing is that the person who responds by email to the dissatisfied customer reviews of the dealership replies with lies and has learned to smooth things over in their favor.
So, if you don't want to be ripped off in a representation, find a more reputable garage.

A very bad experience with this establishment. I contacted the repair department to get approval for my roadside assistance to drop off my broken-down DS 5. I called on December 22nd around 5:00 PM and was told that the workshop manager was unavailable but that the message would be passed on and I would be contacted by the following morning at the latest. Nothing, no call. At 9:30 AM, I followed up and received the same answer as the day before, but that I would be contacted by late morning. At 2:30 PM, still no answer, so I contacted the dealership in Agen. I was immediately put in touch with the workshop manager who gave me approval to bring my car to the dealership, specifying that there would be a slight wait for the repair. At 4:00 PM, my car was safely at the dealership in Agen. Thank you to them for their professionalism and responsiveness, which is not the case with the Auch dealership. Finally, a miracle happened this morning around 9:30 a.m.: a call from the workshop manager in Auch to tell me that, of course, I can have my vehicle dropped off there... The moral of the story is, when I need to change my vehicle, I know which professional to go to.
I gave one star so I could post my review, but frankly, it doesn't even deserve that...

We strongly advise against this dealership.
We have been without a vehicle since March 2025, despite an appraisal in our favor. Several registered letters have been sent, without any response. The dealer promised to call us back, but no one has responded. The lack of professionalism and consideration for the customer is blatant. Avoid this dealership.
