Excellent service, attentive to your needs regarding the model and price that fit your budget. The systematic test drive allowed us to refine our choice and address any questions. Our experience in choosing and purchasing this used vehicle was very satisfactory. Our only regret is that two dents and scratches on the bodywork and trim were not repaired before the purchase. It's a shame, otherwise everything was perfect.

Following the purchase of our second Nissan Juke from Nissan Auch, the salesperson verbally promised us door sills to compensate for the mistake of putting the insurance on the loan.
After several requests to the salesperson, still nothing.
I called your dealership where someone told me, "We didn't force you to sign." I change vehicles every two years,
and as this person told me, I'm not being forced to come back to Nissan Auch for maintenance, manufacturer recalls, or my next vehicle purchase!
Congratulations, you saved yourself two door sills!
You need to get some sales training!
You had seven months to resolve the problem; arguing is pointless. Send me the door sills by mail; I'll spare you the installation. As for the rest, it's like putting a band-aid on a festering wound; it's useless. It would be better to amputate!
