I'm very satisfied with Peugeot in Auchy-les-Mines. Mr. Thomas Griffon handled everything from the purchase to the delivery of my car. He's attentive, a good listener, and very professional. He took the time to show us all the car's features, the paperwork, and the maintenance history. I'll definitely go there for servicing because the mechanic is fantastic. I highly recommend him! 😁😁

We bought a 5008 and we are delighted with it. The salesman, Mr. Thomas Griffon, was very professional and kind; he took the time to explain all the car's functions to us. We will have our servicing done there; the mechanic is also excellent. I recommend him 100%!

I don't usually leave bad reviews, especially since I've never been disappointed with this garage before, but this time I have to. I called at the beginning of September to have my airbags replaced, as I'd received a letter telling me to change them. My appointment was scheduled for the end of the month, September 26th. A few days before, I received a message saying they hadn't received the part, that the appointment was canceled, and that they would call me back. It's now November 12th, almost two months later, and still no news. I figured maybe they hadn't received it yet, so I called to find out. My call was transferred to an unpleasant man who interrupted me and told me to call back in two hours because the receptionist would be there. He made it very clear that I was bothering him; there's no need to be so rude. This is the first time I've been disappointed.

I bought a 3008 a week ago. I'd like to thank the salesman, Mr. Thomas Griffon, who gave me excellent advice, listened attentively, and was reassuring. I've never been disappointed with Peugeot. I recommend this salesman for any inquiries.

Well, I'm not used to leaving comments, but this time I have to. Honestly, thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Two problems were resolved in two days, even though the garage where I bought the vehicle was a complete disaster! Thank you very much, two different people to talk to and a young woman making the connection: my loading hatch was repaired, my rear parcel shelf was replaced, all with a smile. That's so rare! Thank you.
