Very bad experience - car dropped off for an AdBlue problem - after diagnosis, the engine was weak but I could drive reasonably well and it needed replacing (quote €7500). I left with the vehicle and after 30 minutes, a huge noise, engine dead, breakdown service, and all the components (injectors) were incorrectly reassembled. Engine replacement at a proper garage cost €4200. Beware of this establishment

Our company buys vehicles of all makes, including Peugeot.
Yet, when we bring a vehicle in for warranty service, the dealership refuses to repair it, claiming it hasn't been serviced by them, directing us to another Peugeot garage.
This situation is absurd, as a dealership is obligated to repair any vehicle under warranty, especially when the defect is unrelated to the service.
Imagine if a Peugeot dealership in the south of France refused to handle a warranty repair simply because the vehicle had been serviced elsewhere.
This type of practice is completely unjustifiable. Added to this is the deplorable reception: our employees were treated with condescension and a blatant lack of professionalism.
Faced with this disappointing experience, I no longer intend to purchase vehicles from them. Quality after-sales service should be primarily focused on customer satisfaction, not on unfair restrictions and a haughty attitude.
