Our car broke down on the A84 motorway with our children and dog just before Christmas. The garage team did everything they could to keep our family warm and compensate for the inefficiency of the Renault roadside assistance (even though we had opted for the most expensive service package). I took my car in for repairs, and they told me my battery was faulty and needed replacing. So I had to agree to pay for a new battery, even though my original battery was working perfectly fine!
I find this unacceptable. I question the reliability of the diagnostic equipment used at this garage. It's unacceptable to charge customers for unnecessary repairs. I strongly advise against this garage to anyone looking for honest and reliable service.
