The receptionist was incredibly competent, professional, helpful, and patient. She even managed to find a hood support clip for my old car. The mechanic was also fantastic. I've been going to BAO since 2018 and have always been satisfied with their car maintenance services. My son-in-law, who passed away in July 2025, was also a loyal BAO customer for the same reasons. Thank you.

At first glance, the garage seems very professional. That said, superficially, I think they buy their auto parts from AliExpress; they only last a few weeks, maybe a few months. They claim to install new parts, but how can you explain that after a few months, the part breaks or becomes defective? Not to mention the lack of professionalism of the mechanic, Mehmet, who, if you don't respond to his advances, will ruin the customer's reputation in the city and make her out to be something she's not. The guy is absolutely unprofessional; he's known as the biggest con artist in town. Locals don't go to him, and I advise you against going there either. Expensive for nothing.

⚠️⚠️⚠️BIG, BIG, BIG scammer! I drove 1200km and my Toyota Land Cruiser, bought from this garage, was "completely renovated" according to the Le Bon Coin ad and imported from Switzerland. The result? After dealing with the experts, the chassis is beyond repair, and nothing was noted as a major defect during the vehicle inspection. There's sheet metal everywhere that doesn't match the chassis thickness, welded back together to hide the mess, and a LOT of undercoating to conceal the repairs and the shoddy welds on the axle links. They colluded with a vehicle inspection center in Autun, France, to get vehicles through with major defects that are still present but didn't pass the re-inspection. These people are putting me in danger for money! They didn't even show up for the inspection by my insurance company, despite registered letters sent by my expert. Pathetic and disrespectful. The vehicle is still involved in legal proceedings.

My Peugeot's service was done perfectly, and they lent me a car free of charge. The team was very friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend this garage.

Helpful and competent staff. I went in with a problem with my left rear tire, thinking I'd have to change both tires, but they advised me to use a mushroom plug. I highly recommend them!
