This morning I went to the Point S Auto Centre for a rivet in the tyre of my camper and despite my somewhat limited French, I was greeted by very helpful staff who immediately carried out the repair on the vehicle. Everything was resolved because fortunately the rivet did not puncture the tyre. They quickly sent me on my way, allowing me to continue my journey. Many thanks to the staff at the Point S Auto Centre.

Appointment at 11:00 a.m. today.
We arrive, the secretary takes our keys and tells us, "I'll get back to you as soon as a colleague is available." We tell her we're going shopping; she should have let us know when it's done.
We arrive at 11:30 a.m., with no word from her. I ask for the keys, and she tells me she has to charge us because it's been done, and she didn't have time to call us because we arrived earlier than expected.
At 11:40 a.m., we learn that our car hasn't been done after all. It's a good thing we weren't charged for nothing!
At no point were we told there was a delay upon arrival, other than to say, "Madam, we gave you an appointment at 11:00 a.m. and we took you." It would be a good idea to rethink things instead of systematically blaming the customer. I could have easily understood that there was a delay (but when I see people who came without an appointment walk past me and we manage to find an available colleague, I have the right to ask questions), but I can't possibly guess if we don't indicate it!
Finally, at 11:45 a.m., we left without even checking our wheel.
It's worth noting that the day before, my mom, having made an appointment, left a tip: first and last time, that'll teach us.

I went in the first time for a wheel alignment, the guy was nice, but then I heard a noise when braking and when turning. I went back to see them, another guy tried the car, and when I came back he said he hadn't heard anything. I found that strange and unprofessional. The guy didn't want to investigate too much, I was disappointed and not satisfied.
