My wife asked to change oil and oil filter in the car (vidange) -- the garage performed "extra work" without calling us, claiming that the air and fuel filter were changed as well. Per our arrival for the car pickup, they also highly advised and prepared a quote for shocks change. When confronted -- they removed the charge for the fuel filter and air. These I am changing myself, and I see that they never touched those -- parts I've installed are there. Dishonest and greedy people. Following control technique and another Renault service also said shocks are fine.

Extremely dishonest practices. I came in with a heating problem. The head mechanic confirmed that my vehicle had an ongoing recall, but conveniently neglected to mention that the heating issue was part of it! Instead, he tried to charge me €150 for a diagnostic.
This withholding of information is unacceptable from a professional who prefers to collect diagnostic fees rather than honor the manufacturer's warranty. Luckily, I checked for myself. This garage should be avoided for its lack of transparency.
