First of all, I want to thank everyone at this company. The lady behind the counter was incredibly helpful. Even when it got very busy, both on the phone and at the counter, this lovely woman never lost her patience. Thank you for that! The lovely gentleman, I assume the owner of Garage Nourry, towed me twice. First, from the M10 toll road and then to a specialist garage. He arrived in no time, so I didn't have any annoying wait times. If you have any problems on the French toll roads, I hope for everyone's sake that this company will come and pick you up. Terrible service. They took over a week just to look at the problem with my vehicle.
They made it clear I wasn't a regular customer of the garage. The bill was very high and there was no explanation when I picked up my car. Avoid this garage.

As part of the towing service provided by Vinci's security control center, this garage came to tow my car and caravan. They were very friendly and took great care of us, until Saturday evening at 9 pm. Thank you to the owner.
