Superb repair experience. Our Qashqai had difficulty starting in cold weather. The mechanic already had ideas of the problem when talking on the phone and assured us he had the parts in stock. When we arrived they diagnosed a faulty injector and completed the repair all in about two hours. The car is starting and driving beautifully now.

Incompetent salesperson will try to mislead you by telling them to change parts on your car to negotiate a lower buyback price. Avoid this garage; they are completely incompetent.

Excellent first experience at this dealership for buying a used vehicle. The salesperson was very helpful and friendly. The car was ready for pickup quickly, with a service and any requested repairs completed. So far, no complaints; we highly recommend this garage, which seems very professional. Thank you for the thoughtful touch of the bouquet of flowers – it's always a lovely gesture!

Having experienced a warning light on my Qashqai's dashboard during a trip, I approached the nearest Nissan garage, without an appointment, to get reassurance.
Following a phone call, and despite it being late in the day, I was offered a visit to the workshop for a diagnostic.
When I arrived at the garage, the entire team was very friendly, polite, and helpful. They were very responsive and performed the diagnostics on my vehicle as soon as they could, without charging me for any service.
I thank and highly recommend this garage for its professionalism and ethics, as this isn't always the case with some of their colleagues, having experienced it firsthand...
