Exemplary service from start to finish! Passenger door mirror and side glass replaced - car returned good as new. Mr Quentin Louvel deserves a special mention for his faultless handling of the whole affair. He speaks very good English and even arranged a replacement car with a tow ball so that I could continue my holiday. This Porsche dealership goes the extra mile and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our MACAN had a sensor fault while driving to our home on the A10 towards Bordeaux. Once Porsche Assistance had delivered the car to Porsche La Rochelle they were efficiency itself. Diagnostics completed and fault identified within hours on Friday. Repairs completed by 09:30 on Monday. Most impressive. Special mention to Quentin who was very helpful indeed.

If they could get 6 stars they would. I was on a roadtrip from Berlin to Spain and I had to stop here to check an electrical error with my Cayenne. The service from the team was absolutely amazing, I was attended on the same day. It was efficient and transparent and my problem solved. Imagine if all dealers would treat this nice.
