Having broken down on the A25 motorway, our vehicle was towed to the Renault garage in Bailleul (Garage Quersin). We received a warm welcome. A diagnostic check was carried out the following day, and the verdict was in: engine failure. Everything was done to secure a contribution from the manufacturer, and we were able to pick up our car last Monday with a new engine and clutch, having also been cleaned inside and out.
