Avoid at all costs! The reception staff at the counter were appalling. They barely even said hello!
You feel like you're bothering them.
When I picked up my car, I noticed the engine was behaving strangely and a warning light was on. I went back to the counter where they told me they couldn't look at it because the person who had seen my car was leaving in 5 minutes.
In the end, this person barely spoke to me and just looked at the car...
Finally, the problem was fixed; apparently, it was a trainee's mistake.
I will not be returning to this garage. The reception needs improvement...

Worst company ever. Their process was designed to rip you off. You pay undisclosed fees before the sale. I managed to get out of it, but I was lucky. They also harass you by phone. They're truly the kind of commercial scammers from the 90s that they used to make. Avoid them at all costs.

Unpleasant welcome. I visited the car park numerous times, but no one ever came to meet me (Spoticar criteria...).
I test-drive a vehicle and wanted to buy it. I was told there were "a few minor adjustments" to be made and that I would be contacted in two to three weeks to come back and see it once it was ready.
Time passed, but no news. So I bought my vehicle from Spoticar Saint Georges de Didonne (extraordinary!). The sale was finalized in five days.
On principle, I came back two and a half months after my first visit: oh yes, we didn't have time to take care of it...
The basics: keep the customer informed? But who could have taken the initiative?...

Too bad not to be able to give zero stars: CATASTROPHIC welcome and not at all commercial or professional.
Very bitter and incorrect mechanic, considering other comments, I should have gone elsewhere!!!
When we requested an appointment, when he heard that we had a postal address in Paris (old address, not yet updated) he stormed out of his workshop before changing his mind seeing that we were registered in the area.
TO FLEE, as much for the welcome as for the work....
