I came in September to make an appointment for the service of my 3008. A very warm welcome for my first time at the garage. I reported a noise that was bothering me, we immediately took it for a test drive, and they explained the source of the problem and confirmed it after my service. Today, with the same impeccable welcome, I had the work done due to the noise at a price that corresponds to reality.

I took my car in for an engine “light” problem! Requesting a repair quote for this problem which did not damage my vehicle, but which hampered the possibility of carrying out the technical inspection when due. The garage/mechanic called me to tell me the amount of the quote, I was speechless. Other mechanics would have stuffed themselves. The cost of the repair was respected, they explained it to me, in my case, a weld, a change of glow plug! For sure, I would return to this garage which pays close attention to breakdowns, and does not simply change parts.
The BEST! Finally a mechanic who really knows how to repair a vehicle.

First visit for a technical inspection, the car comes back with a simple pollution problem. I put the product in it, but it doesn't run enough. I go back for the second visit, and the mechanic comes back with a second visit, claiming he hadn't found the technical inspection, even though it was in the glove compartment. €496 for headlight repairs and a leak check. He also wanted me to pay for the second visit.
The boss told me we'd see about reducing the bill.
The day of payment, as luck would have it, he wasn't there and couldn't be reached. He was supposed to call me back before cashing the check.
The result: no call and a cashing.
Sorry, I was entitled to 10% off the parts, so a magnificent saving of €25.
In short, for me, this garage is to be avoided.
