I contacted this garage after a worrying warning light appeared on my Renault Arkana concerning the injectors. They agreed to take the car in as an emergency the same day, even though I hadn't made an appointment, and they carried out the diagnosis and repair in less than a week!
The day before, I had contacted another Renault garage, a large dealership further south of Toulouse, which, after telling me it was serious and that I shouldn't drive the car, gave me an appointment in...a month.
In conclusion: I highly recommend the LAPORTE garage in Balma. They are professional, responsive, and efficient. Well done and thank you!
I definitely do not recommend the other garage...

Excellent family garage. True automotive professionals. They don't pressure you into using anything. I've been bringing my vehicles to them for years with complete confidence. Since they're serious people, they do a lot of work, so remember to book in advance.

Satisfied with my visit to this garage. Less expensive than other Dacias in the area for the same service, and the mechanic is very friendly and explains his work well (for those curious to know why you should change this or that at a certain mileage, for example). He even fixed a small problem I had in the trunk without telling me, a nice touch!
And while the person on the phone may seem cold at first, she's actually very friendly too :)
