Good service, available, accommodating, and careful: fitting of new rims and tires. The old rims were put back in the boxes of the new ones (a small detail, but a nice touch).
The quoted price was honored 👍
EDIT: However, the wheel balancing was poor the first time: I called back for a check, and an appointment was scheduled for the same day. A second balancing (free of charge) was done: I left, and the steering wheel still vibrated above 100 km/h... I had to go to a competitor, and the problem was finally fixed. Perhaps it was an issue with the machine, but two balancings without a solution is excessive.
It's a shame because the staff is very kind and accommodating.

Second and final time. The first time, I had an appointment for a rear flat tire and to have the front tires changed. When I went to pay, the tires hadn't been changed, so I waited another 30 minutes. They apologized, saying they didn't understand and that it was no problem, and offered to fix the flat tire for free.
Today, I had an appointment to have the brake cables replaced. After a preliminary diagnosis a few days ago, they told me it would take about an hour. I came back after an hour and a half, and my car was in pieces. I finally got it back after three hours. That's twice the time.
This is unacceptable.
