This is a dishonest garage that refuses to admit its diagnostic errors and wants you to pay more than double what you already paid. They offer no compensation whatsoever. Mistakes happen, but it's best to own up to them. I absolutely do not recommend this garage for any future repairs unless you want to empty your bank account and take out a loan.

At Mécasud, they were very attentive to my problem.
Proud to have bought a C5 Aircross 1.5 BlueHDi (and not a PureTech), I discovered that this engine also has its flaws. A $3,000 repair was required. But with the warranty about two days away, Mécasud managed to cover the cost of replacing the faulty timing chain. A few days later, I left with a brand-new cylinder head, an untarnished wallet, and renewed peace of mind.
No more Norauto or Feu Vert; my car will always be serviced by Mécasud!
