I went there for a simple oil change!
Between the fees that aren't announced upfront and the breakdowns that keep adding up without explanation, this garage is complete nonsense!! A disgrace indeed, since even when confronted with their mistakes, the only thing they can say is, "You still have to pay, sir!" It's this kind of garage that makes people fear being ripped off, and this one is the case!!!!!!

Scammer! They can't diagnose the problem and charge me €200. A few days later, I went to a regular mechanic who found the fault in 5 minutes flat for €40. After informing Renault, they offered to refund half the bill. I contacted them again two weeks later because I still hadn't received the refund, and surprise... they'd changed their minds. In short, if you have time and money to waste, you know where to go.

To avoid. My car broke down with a "low battery" message. They kindly charged me for a diagnostic without changing my battery. Two hours later, it still wouldn't start. You call the garage to ask to speak to the manager, but no one calls you back or responds to your emails.
Apparently, eating bread rolls for 45 minutes in the lobby without answering the phone is more important than doing a good job. If the job was done properly, the manager would have contacted me again without fail. And let's not talk about the comments mechanics make about other customers in front of everyone... Review your basics!
