During our vacation our van had an issue and only run in fail-safe mode. The next day we went to the VW service. They priorized the diagnostics and the camper could allready be fixed the next day! Top service. Thank's a lot!

This garage/center literally saved my vacation! Close (20km) to Bayonne our Volkswagen California showed motor problems on the display and lost turbo power. The team and especially Bastien helped us fantastically and beyond expectations by directly diagnosing the problem and offering us a repair within two days. The center also offered a very fair price for this repair. If they would not have given our car a priority repair, we would have been forced to leave the car in France (we are from the Netherlands) awaiting repair. This way, we could continue our journey homewards within days. Now, two weeks after the repair, the motor problem did not return and the van is running smoothly as before. Thank you so much for your great help!
