Our Q5 broke down in Bayonne three days before Christmas due to a coolant leak, while we were on our way from France to Portugal. We are extremely grateful to Ms. Laurence Lagrave for helping us arrange urgent temporary repairs. She even used her personal time after work to deliver the luggage from our car to our hotel, which truly moved us.
The team at Audi Bayonne is highly professional and responsible. Thanks to Ms. Laurence’s help and the hard work of the mechanics behind the scenes, the car was repaired within just one day. We were able to make it home before Christmas. We wish you a wonderful Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year!

Many thanks to Bayonne Audi for a smooth transaction! Specially Patxi, who was in charge of the sale of my super Audi Q3, as well as the towing hitch that I ask to install. All was delivered on time with a big smile, along with a bottle of good champagne and Audi cleaning products!
The secretary are very effective and polite, as well as the mechanic team.

They were extremely helpful when I turned up with an emergency today with my Audi & a tyre, I don’t live in the area and a tourist, an excellent service and they even cleaned my car. Thank you!!
