Catastrophic, phone call to schedule an appointment, the person I spoke to on the phone must have been annoyed that it was Monday and that he had to do his job like every start of the week, a haughty air from an automotive professional, not sure that customer relations still suit him, good luck and move on. Very professional. The mechanic dropped off my broken-down car at the end of the day, and the manager waited until we arrived after closing time. He didn't try to keep the vehicle to make a quick buck, unlike some garages. He checked the injectors and tightened them. I was able to drive away with my car immediately. I recommend this honest garage.

Phone call just for information about an appointment made on the internet, I was sent packing for being polite, while I think I was in no way aggressive in my words, so perhaps arrange for a secretary who can be a little more friendly. Therefore, it is certain that I will not come to your place.
